Interview question about your attitude or character

What is very easy for one person may become a serious obstacle for another, it depends on his/her psychological peculiarities. One can not change psychology, because its mostly innate feature, but having determined special personal qualities he or she can manage difficult situations, such as job interview questions, better.


Extraverts are recommended to:

* Avoid too bright many-coloured clothes;
* Speak more quietly than one is accustomed to;
* Control gesticulation;
* Avoid long emotional talks about personal life, answer only the question asked.

Introverts are advised to:

* Look into the eyes of the interviewer;
* Avoid trifling with any items in hands;
* Smile;
* Keep up the conversation, avoid pauses;
* Train oneself before the interview how to answer typical questions of interviewers;
